Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide accurate information about the organization to clients.
∎ Ensure seamless client onboarding procedure by explaining all the relevant details.
∎ Receive intake requests and fill in referral forms or request clients to fill in intake form.
∎ Finalize service roster of child through software for creating monthly invoice.
∎ Regularly maintain and update client database and contacts.· Prepare report on client database.
∎ Receive feedback from parents on organization’s services and forward it to concerned stakeholders.
∎ Assist the Finance Department in case of payment collection, provide reminders to the clients and ensure timely collection of payment.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
