Job Context:
∎ British American Resource Centre (BARC) has become country`s IELTS powerhouse and its student advising and client service has been designed and stratified by a set of highly skilled management professionals to bring out the best form the students. So, whenever anyone walks into BARC landscape, a team of professionals is an integral part of the academic journey.
∎ We need a Team leader to guide the Student Advising team, train them, ensure quality client service and overall sales target.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Become a part of the student admission process and smoothen the stages of enrolling a student.
∎ Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals.
∎ Ensure overall monthly sales target.
∎ Interact with students and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.
∎ Oversee a team of customer service Associate's and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience.
∎ Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience.
∎ Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols.
∎ Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
∎ Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
∎ Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Promotion happens in every six months

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Six days off in a month
