∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc. from BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, IUT, AUST, MIST, UAP, UIU, BRAC University, North South University, Daffodil International University, ULAB will be preferable.
∎ International Institutions (Preferred): Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), NUS, NTU, Tsinghua University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, KAIST, Seoul National University, University of Tokyo, etc.
∎ An M.Sc. in Structural Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
∎ Students will get preference from.
∎ Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong communication (written and spoken English)
∎ Analytical problem-solving and site coordination
∎ Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, PVSyst, ETAP, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote
∎ Understanding of codes & standards (BNBC, ACI, IEEE, NEC, ISO, etc.)
∎ Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Development Workflow: Lead and manage the full life cycle of infrastructure projects — from promotion, tendering to execution. Focus areas include roads, bridges, railways, transmission lines, substations, and renewable energy systems.
∎ BOQ, Estimation & Bidding: Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and bidding documents for EPC and consultancy projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
∎ Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with design consultants, contractors, government bodies (e.g., BPDB, Petrobangla, RHD, LGED), and clients for seamless project delivery.
∎ Technical Advisory: Contribute expertise in system design, material selection, structural integrity, and safety protocols — particularly in civil works and power system projects.
∎ Project Execution Oversight: Monitor on-site progress, ensure quality control, timely delivery, budget adherence, and health & safety compliance
