Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering/ Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Project Management, Steel Structure
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling and completing the project of steel structures timely by ensuring Company's standard guideline and quality policy.
∎ To follow up and checking the accuracy and Installation works of Steel Buildings as per drawings and relevant Engineering Standards.
∎ To take corrective measures of construction activities, and resolve probable unexpected difficulties, and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ Prepare project plan, work schedule and progress report
∎ Assess project estimations and budgets
∎ Plan and review potential safety issues
∎ Oversee construction site workers, and subcontractors
∎ BOQ Estimation of Steel Shed Designed Building.
∎ Any other task as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6 years for B.Sc or 10 years' Diploma
∎ Candidates having excellent computer skill in Engineering Software like AutoCAD and in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Advanced technical knowledge in civil or structural engineering
∎ Candidates who are self-driven & motivated; able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality.
∎ Must be flexible with working extended hours following project requirements.
∎ Able to cope with high work pressure & bear work responsibilities smoothly.
∎ Professional behavior, honesty & Integrity is highly expected.
∎ Energetic, hard worker having capability to manage construction site efficiently.
