Job Context:
∎ Job Location-Panthapath, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BOQM and budget estimation at different levels of completion (conceptual, Schematic, DD, CD)
∎ Prepare work to be estimated by gathering construction documents, specifications, and related documents
∎ Identify and assemble the required bid package documents in advance of bid due date
∎ Develop accurate estimates and schedules utilizing available tools, industry and estimating best practices
∎ Produce / manage complex / large estimates with limited management or supervision
∎ Control and manage the estimating process at project level
∎ All estimates produce in accordance with relevant procedures and work instructions and other company procedures, systems and processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge over govt tender (EGP) procedure, PWD rate schedule and Civil construction material & MS Excel
∎ Preference will be given having experience in public sector project
Salary: Negotiable
