Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Construction of Residential Commercial High rise Projects

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Civil Construction, Drainage Network, Project Management, Road Network, Water line Network

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing feasibility studies for industrial, residential and commercial developments.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, hygiene and Environment.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, expenditures and construction plan.
∎ Preparation and analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for any construction projects thoroughly to identify areas of potential cost savings;
∎ Coordinate with Consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
∎ Overall project construction management of the group including management, preparing project budget & estimation, manage local stakeholders and ensure proper execution of the project following well planned timeline.
∎ Bill preparation & checking of the contractor/vendors
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings on regular basis with Project Engineers, Consultants & Contractors.
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Understanding of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior drawings etc.
∎ Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Nirman Bidhimala.
∎ Membership from IEB and RAJUK Nibondhon will be treated as an added quality.
