Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any public university (BUET, SUST, RUET, CUET, KUET and DUET) gets highly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage high quality retail shop, residential and industrial building construction work with basement independently.
∎ To be experienced on project planning, scheduling, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating
∎ Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
∎ Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
∎ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
∎ Responsible for preparation of PR & Materials issue & submit it for approval.
∎ Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects directly.
∎ Responsible to handover the project within the schedule time.
∎ To be experienced on Quality control, site safety, define the problem and identify the target to improvement
∎ Ability to check bills submitted by different vendors.
∎ aintain close liaison & co-ordination with vendors/design/turnkey partners and other team members for effective and efficient operational activities of the department.
∎ Executing, monitoring & supervising project activities and ensure that the ongoing project works are in progress smoothly, properly and timely as per approved specification and schedule.
∎ Determining scope of work, BOQ, preparing proposals and contracts.
∎ Schedule regular site visits to check progress and supervise work force.
∎ Prepare periodical reports on the progress & development of ongoing projects.
∎ Any other task assign by the department head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 2 years experience for B.Sc in Civil Engineer and 5 years for Diploma Engineer in Retail Shop, Garments & Real Estate Industry
∎ Should have working experience with Accord Alliance
∎ Should have working experience with Garments Factory Building Structure and knowledge about building codes
∎ Should have working experience in developing Double/ Triple Basement Structure
∎ Fresher's can also encouraged to apply
∎ Should have experience to coordinate with consultants, clients
∎ Should have ability to communicate with all levels of management.
∎ Strong interpersonal and interactive skill.
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English.
∎ Good command over computer operation
∎ The ideal candidate should be willing to stay at Project Area.
