∎ Civil 3D, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering Civil work
∎ Experience at least 5-8 years from relevant sector.
∎ Applicants should have the experience of following sectors: Garment/Commercial
∎ Building
∎ Facing structure audit i.e RSC, NIRAPON and similar types of audits
∎ Must have experience in facing audits conducted by RSC (Ready-Made Garments Sustainability Council) and Nirapon.
∎ Skills & Expertise
∎ Civil 3D, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering Civil work

∎ Should have Experience in Garments Factory or Real State Construction Sector.
∎ Must have practical experience of interior finishing of Garments/commercial building.
∎ Previous experience in construction project management, with a focus on finishing works.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to finishing works.
∎ Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
∎ Strong knowledge and experience in AutoCAD (2D/3D) for designing and drafting.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
∎ Should have knowledge of BNBC 2020,
∎ Should have knowledge NFPA about fire related construction procedure.
