Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study the structural, architectural & other design/drawing pertinent to the project and prepare monthly construction works schedule in line with the total project schedule and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ Prepare estimation of building materials as per drawing.
∎ Maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ Ensure completion of project within the Master Budget.
∎ Maintain liaison with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Ensure up that all construction materials are purchased as per given specification.
∎ Supervise and monitor structural, masonry and finishing work to ensure the quality of construction.
∎ Ensure all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available at site.
∎ Prepare construction progress report.
∎ Always to be vigilant that each and every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements is to be solved with the advice/guidance by the supervisor.
∎ Check bills of the contractors & facilitate timely payment.
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good skill on AutoCad
∎ IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office ( Excel & Word).
∎ Ability to organize the task to meet the company standard.
∎ Written and oral communication skills in Bengali &English.
∎ Communication with internal and external firm as needed.
∎ Must have experience on Govt./Semi Govt Job.
