Ability to Work Under Pressure, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Good presentation skill, MS Office, Recordkeeping
Job Context:
∎ Experience in Civil infrastructure projects (buildings, Roads, Embankments, Land developments, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project management including planning, implementation, monitoring & control to complete the project on time
∎ Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
∎ Supervise site activities.
∎ The candidates must be conversant to understand electrical, mechanical & civil engineering drawings related to the projects & to solve engineering problems.
∎ Present the daily general production report of the plant
∎ Control the doze and temperature of raw material to achieve the desired temperature of concrete.
∎ Execute topographic survey using RTK, Total Station, and Levels and prepare estimates and documents using AutoCAD, EXCEL, and MS Work software.
