∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ • Understand the process, Method and tools used in construction work to manage task effectively.
∎ • Manage constructor, resource and materials to ensure project timelines and quality standard are met.
∎ • Strong site problem solving capacity.
∎ • Must experience in fair face building construction and suffer making.
∎ • Skilled in auto CAD for 2D modeling.
∎ • Excellent Communication and writing skills along with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
∎ • Must need for deep experience in BOQ, Civil engineering, Cost estimate, Design Drawing, Finishing work, Interior, Project planning, Quality control etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor structural, masonry and finishing work to ensure the quality of construction.
∎ Improving workmanship quality of each item of works.
∎ Providing safely guideline to all the workers.
∎ Maintain Liaison with officers and or any sub-contractors and supervisor.
∎ Prepare estimation of building materials as pen Drawing.
∎ Maintain liaison with any sub-contractors and supervisor.
∎ Making fair- face suffer as per Drawing.
∎ Duty work report process and submitted by higher authority.
∎ Any other job assign by the superior.
