Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil (MCR), Civil (Piling), Civil (Reservoir), Civil (Yard)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to complete the Civil work within the stipulated timeline
∎ Ensure to obtain WCC timely for Client billing
∎ Certify JMR/WCC of Vendors.
∎ Project site Team, Client & Contractor/Vendor management.
∎ To provide mandatory training to the Team, Contractor, and each worker with compulsory documentation. No staff and workers should work at the site without a training certificate.
∎ Assessment of drawings/BOM & finalization as per site conditions and request for change if required.
∎ Preparation of required raw Material and resources list after receiving approved designs and check its availability with a contractor as well as in nearby market
∎ Confer with contractor, engineers, In-charge, customers, and others to discuss day to day development and any further requirement for project completion
∎ Identify raw material dumping areas for each block to fasten the execution work.
∎ Reduction of wastage material.
∎ For each activity/item, Proto is mandatory.
∎ Execution of all Site activities as per specification, SOP& FQP with proper HSE plan.
∎ Investigate & close FOR & NCR raised by the client
∎ Fill all checklists related to civil works
∎ Maintain a record of all RFI and closure of FOR & NCR
∎ Evaluate the vendor’s performance as per the assigned work and act with the concern of the site in charge if vendor performance is not up to mark and ensure the site work progress and timeline will not suffer due to vendor
∎ Ensure the proper working condition of testing equipment/machinery with required certification from agencies
∎ Keep fellow team members and project managers informed of workload and
∎ Deadlines Conduct daily meetings with the contractor to access achievement and problem
∎ Team Development: Arranged Training programs at the site for the Team and Vendor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
