Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Having Knowledge in Auto Cad Design, Estimation and Load Calculation Knowledge, Knowledge on Civil Drawing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Construction Project.
∎ Physical supervision of construction work.
∎ Responsible for execution all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout.
∎ Ensure wastage control during work and stocked materials at site.
∎ Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.
∎ Get clear idea about the establishment objectives from the top management, drawing of proposed project master plan; get all kinds of structural drawing & design done by provided guidance.
∎ Demonstrating computer models of structures, preparing project cost and time line, conducting periodical maintenance of the Project.
∎ Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ensure safety and security at site.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proven ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
∎ Ability to interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner.
∎ A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
∎ Fluency in English, written and oral.
∎ Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
