∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering (Preferably from BUET, RUET, KUET, DUET).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
∎ Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
∎ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.
∎ Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
∎ Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations.
