Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have B.Sc in Civil Engineering with MBA from any reputed Public University/ Private University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after all administrative work.
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through the proper market survey.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work and monitoring of all project activities
∎ To prepare material and cost estimation
∎ Identify the problem area and provide appropriate solution for all services.
∎ Develop work plan and follow up its execution and provide feedback to the reporting authority.
∎ Supervise and implement safety precautions and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.
∎ Any other task as assigned by supervisor time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently as the Head of the Department.
∎ Should have the good computer skill.

Salary: Negotiable
