Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are looking for some candidates for the position of Civil Engineer. The Civil Engineer is responsible for designing and supervising infrastructure projects. He/she shall have to ensure each project is feasible by analyzing local and environmental impacts and ensuring they can be completed on time within the budget restrictions.
∎
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Analyzing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects.
∎ 2. ⁠Considering the budget, regulations and environmental hazards during the risk-analysis stage.
∎ 3. ⁠Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget.
∎ 4. ⁠Forecasting design and construction timeline.
∎ 5. ⁠Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages.
∎ 6. ⁠Overseeing soil testing to establish soil strength and building feasibility.
∎ 7. ⁠Using design software to create project drawings and renderings.
∎ 8. ⁠Managing repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects.
∎ 9. ⁠Ensure the safety of construction sites.
