Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing design, drawing and BoQ for the RCC and Steel Structure.
∎ Good knowledge about BNBC.
∎ Good knowledge about Auto CAD, Etabs and Staad pro software.
∎ To monitor retrofitting work in the factory.
∎ Follow up RSC Audit report, take corrective action and prepared factory for the RSC Audit
∎ Follow up regular repair maintenance and new construction.
∎ Assist in designing, developing and executing construction projects.
∎ Work with Manager in reviewing project specification and in preparing project plan and design sheet.
∎ Visit sites, prepare construction drawings and develop samples.
∎ Work with engineering team in developing construction plan.
∎ Determine budget, schedule, manpower and material and equipment requirements to execute construction project.
∎ Report all expenses to Manager on timely basis.
∎ Maintain quality assurance standards for projects.Provide technical assistance to field staff when needed.
∎ Analyze construction problems and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Order and stock construction materials to avoid shortage
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Fakir Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as Civil Engineer for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj.
∎ Preparing design, drawing and BoQ for the RCC and Steel Structure.
∎ Good knowledge about BNBC.
