Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
∎ Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
∎ Ensure designs meet all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess the suitability of design proposals.
∎ Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports.
∎ Monitor and control expenses to stay within the budget.
∎ Identify and manage risks and issues that may affect project delivery.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
∎ Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required quality levels.
∎ Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
∎ Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
∎ Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
∎ Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
∎ Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per design and specifications.
∎ Ensure all finishing work meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
∎ Coordinate and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
∎ Ensure efficient use of resources to avoid delays and cost overruns also make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
∎ Manage procurement processes and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Prepare and submit project reports, budgets, and cost estimates and present regular project status reports to seniors, managers and management.
∎ Identify potential problems and develop solutions to overcome them.
