It has also Infinity Mega Mall. With the new innovative and progressive ideas, LTCL is investing modern and trend-oriented design in fashion and lifestyle products. Therefore, it involves in making and constructing nice architectural view and innovative looking showrooms and other construction works for business mobilization.
∎ The Company is urgently looking for Civil Engineer in the grade of Executive/Sr. Executive based on competency level for its Construction & Maintenance Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare estimate and BOQ for engineering works.
∎ Resolve and monitor the emergency repairing work of engineering fault.
∎ Prepare drawing of new showroom and other construction works.
∎ Communicate with vendors to collect the required materials within lead time.
∎ Verify and checking the quality and specification of all engineering materials.
∎ Follow-up the progress of construction works at site.
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
∎ Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
∎ Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical support and other technical documentation as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in civil engineering.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
∎ Project management and site supervision skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
