Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for two construction sites to monitor construction progress according to design.
∎ Understand the design of Structural, Plumbing, Electrical etc. related to the construction of a building from the concerned expert engineer and implement the work as per design by the workers.
∎ Identify suitable contractor (mason, plumber, electrician etc.) as per requirement.
∎ Organize payment to the contractors.
∎ Organize purchase of construction materials.
∎ Ensure the quality of materials to be purchased.
∎ Control wastage.
∎ Keep liaison with management and expert engineers.
∎ Maintain accounts.
∎ Inform the superior if any problem arises and take actions as instructed.
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned from time to time by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 01 Year job experience will receive preference
∎ Basic knowledge on MS office processing

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
