Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Ukhiya Field Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to June 30, 2022 with possibility of Extension

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years’ professional experience in the construction of shelter and/or construction of civil engineering works in UN or I/NGO activities, or other similar experience.
∎ Significant proven experience managing construction projects.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Experience working in displacement sites including spontaneous and makeshift settlements is an added advantage.
∎ Previous working experience in UN/INGO agencies will be added advantage.
∎ Proficiency in Chiitagonian language will be added advantage.
∎ Computer skills MS office applications (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Autocad).
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Commitment to and understanding of CARE core values and principles.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
