∎ Candidates must possess experience in negotiating business deals with international construction companies, including firms from China, India, Japan, Korea, and Europe, which operate within Bangladesh.

∎ **Client Acquisition:** Identify and pursue potential clients within the mega project EPC contractors, Power Plants, Metrorail Projects, Airports, Sea ports, and export-oriented foreign factories sectors (BEZA / EPZ). This involves market research, networking, and lead generation.
∎ **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, concerns, and project requirements to tailor SIMEX's offerings accordingly.
∎ **Presentations and Proposals:** Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals / Quotations to potential clients, highlighting SIMEX's expertise, capabilities, and value proposition. Collaborate with technical teams for accurate proposals.
∎ **Negotiation and Contracts:** Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and contracts for SIMEX. Ensure all agreements align with company objectives and standards.
∎ **Market Analysis:** Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use insights to develop strategies for business growth.
∎ **Factory Utilization:** Strategize to maximize the utilization of SIMEX's steel fabrication factory (20 Ton capacity Daily), ensuring it operates at full capacity 24/7.
∎ **Meeting Targets:** Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, including revenue goals, client acquisition metrics, and factory utilization rates.
∎ **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with company objectives.
∎ **Market Expansion:** Explore opportunities to expand SIMEX's client base geographically and across new sectors.
