∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering with good academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate & Prepare estimate for all kinds of materials as per approved drawing & Design.
∎ Good knowledge about Computer operating and Specially MS Excel
∎ Good in reading Architectural, Structural & Plumbing drawing & design.
∎ Good knowledge about Civil & Plumbing estimate.
∎ Prepare estimate floor wise of total Project.
∎ Prepare estimate & Good knowledge specially finishing materials.
∎ Check Materials Requisition as per estimate & finalize the required quantity discuss with Engineer (Project in charge) of different projects and instruction of your supervisor.
∎ Perform Cost Analysis.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assigned time to time by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 05 year(s) for B.Sc & 08 year(s) for Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ Expert in estimation specially finishing works & structures.
∎ Must be expert on MS Office and Excel.
