Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & checking of all kinds of Bill Sent from Projects.
∎ Prepare Rate Analysis of All Trade as per Current Market Rate as Required Field Visit.
∎ The Applicant should have Knowledge & Experience about ERP Software
∎ The Applicant should have Sharp Knowledge of Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing work.
∎ Prepare /Checking All Trade Final Bill.
∎ Prepare, Issue, Review All Trade Subcontractor Proposal & Pricing.
∎ Prepare & Checking MS Analysis.
∎ Capable in Work With the Entire Team, In Office and Project.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
∎ Auto Cad 2007, MS Word, MS Power Point.
∎ Must have a minimum experience of 08 years in mentioned responsibilities.
∎ Must be expert on MS Office and Excel.
∎ Must be skill in Bangla & English Typing.
