∎ Good understanding of BNBC, ACI, and other relevant codes.
∎ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare structural designs for high-rise buildings using modern tools like ETABS, SAFE, Staad.Pro, and AutoCAD.
∎ Ensure that designs follow local codes and standards, such as BNBC and ACI.
∎ Analyze and design structures for multi-storied residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Prepare and check structural drawings, modifications, and presentations.
∎ Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Manage project schedules, costs, and materials effectively.
∎ Worked with architects, contractors, and consultants to solve structural issues and keep projects on track.
∎ Supervise on-site construction to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design plans.
∎ Helped with initial planning, bidding, and risk analysis for projects.
∎ Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), estimates, specifications, and budgets.
∎ Maintained accurate records, including measurement books, contractor bills, and site reports.
∎ Organize and lead meetings during the planning and final design stages.
∎ Make important decisions about structural issues and design changes during construction.
∎ Work closely with structural design engineers and consultants to ensure project success.
