Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination between management and site.
∎ Handling manpower of construction site.
∎ Able to prepare work program, materials indent, estimation of costing, maintain good cooperation with clients, quality of works etc.
∎ To check the construction materials as per quoted specifications.
∎ To prepare drawing of existing and ongoing project.
∎ To measurement of work as per plan and design.
∎ To Prepare & check bill sheet against Work.
∎ Prepared, Study and modify existing design by Auto CAD.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations.
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
∎ Submit report to the proper authority regulatory.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: For BSc 3-4 Years/ Diploma 5-6 Years
∎ Education: BSc in Electrical/ Diploma- Electrical
