Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline. (Graduate from China is preferred)
∎ Chinese Proficiency-Minimum HSK3
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day communication translation between Chinese personnel & Local Personnel.
∎ Responsible for translating the documents (SOP), Chinese to English/Bengali.
∎ Responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision, and supervision of the entire 5S management of the factory, docking with the Chinese 5S commissioners, and synchronizing the advanced 5S practices of the Chinese factory to the Bangladesh factory for implementation.
∎ Responsible for the inspection of 5S-related standards of each operation department of each workshop, instruction of work priorities, and review of improvement plans.
∎ Implement and supervise 5S management training and abnormal meetings, and summary meetings, and ensure the smooth implementation and continuous improvement of the entire 5S management.
∎ The supervision and inspection team conducts inspections on the 5s work of the whole plant to ensure that the inspection does not deviate from the management direction
∎ In the 5S work, if it is found that the 5S standard is not met, it should be supervised and implemented by the 5S standardinuous improvement of the entire 5S management
