∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management - Planning, Construction & Commissioning of Universal Health Services & Research Ltd. with OPD, IP facilities, OT complex and Oncology Services .
∎ Exercise professional leadership manage, evaluate quality within the clinical and non-clinical services.
∎ Expertise in telemedicine services.
∎ Responsible for International Joint Venture programs, new business and operations initiatives.
∎ Development of the International Patient Services.
∎ KRAs / KPIs for senior management team.
∎ CSR initiatives.
∎ Provide leadership and coordination in indoor, outdoor and office management.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient functions of all staffs in the hospital.
∎ Risk Management Matrix and Hazard Vulnerability Assessment.
∎ Legal and statutory compliance.
∎ Other responsibilities as determine by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Ideal Candidate must have 15-20 years of practical experience in hospital management.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Hospital information systems.
