Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the implementation and achievement of the Firm’s current and future strategic direction set by the Board, and ensures delivery of strategic and operational key performance results, and outcomes, across the organization.
∎ Develop new business opportunities and sustaining valuable relationships with private and public sector stakeholders to ensure the Firm’s continuous expansion and business growth
∎ Lead and implement continuous improvements in business processes, leveraging digital transformation, and ensuring delivery of customer centric services.
∎ Developand implementpolicies or strategies.
∎ Risk analysis of investment and asset management.
∎ Ensure all the relevant compliances with the regulators.
∎ Manage client assets according to investment plan.
∎ Ensure corporate social responsibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Capacity to lead the team efficiently and effectively.
∎ Capacity and experienced to explore and identify investment opportunities.
∎ Problem-solving, Decision-making & creative thinking.
∎ Brief and Up to dateknowledge on Company Law, SEC, DSE, CSE, Taxation and other relevant Laws, Rules and Directives.
∎ People Management, interpersonal and influencing skill
∎ Should have good analytical skill.
∎ Age Limit – maximum 55 years.
∎ Willing to travel various parts of Bangladesh as well as aboard as required by the job.
