∎ Skills Required: Civil,Industrial & Production Engineering

∎ At least 30 year(s)

Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To clearly understand project budget in details and allocate the resources accordingly considering expenses to ensure the desired profit.
∎ To keep abreast of upcoming national and international projects of Railway, Roads & Highway, LGED and other World Bank, IFC & JICA funded projects and take necessary action to submit tender individually or in joint venture with foreign companies.
∎ To maintain liaison with various Government, semi Government, Autonomous bodies and foreign agencies to procure development project, construction works and infrastructure project.
∎ To develop project execution plan and manage the individual projects
∎ To Ensures assigned projects are completed within scheduled time and budget by meeting clients' specification.
∎ To provide strategic leadership for the organization by closely working with the management to establish short, medium and long term business goals, strategies, plans and policies.
∎ To develop policies & procedures, implement them, evaluate the organization's performance and take necessary corrective action to improve operational effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
∎ To establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ To manage projects and ensure maximum utilization of equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 55 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of exposure in a senior position
∎ Must be conversant about govt. semi govt and autonomous agency.
∎ Vast knowledge of national and multinational tender of construction project.
∎ Should have in depth knowledge in supply chain Management.
∎ Demonstrated critical thinking and planning at a strategic global level.
