Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA/M.Com from a reputed university with good academic background.
∎ Professional background (CFA/ACCA/CA qualified) will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 5-10 Years experience in the Asset Management Company or related company
∎ Must have 5-10 years of experience with different asset management companies operations as CEO or senior position of the company.
∎ Should develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short term and long term objectives.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge of rules & regulation of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) as well as relevant on the job knowledge regarding asset management companies operations.
∎ Should have good communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capability to lead and motivate a professional team to run the organization protecting interest of the company and stakeholders.
∎ Should Process and manage applications for approval of mutual funds by Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC).
∎ Portfolio management of the company as well as manage portfolio of different mutual funds.
∎ Fund Manage/Fund Management of the company for its new mutual funds.
∎ Directing client investment activities for stocks, bonds, and securities within a particular fund.
∎ Provide investment and financial management advice.
∎ Monitor fund performance.
∎ Excellent in computer literacy.
∎ Hard working and able to work under pressure.
∎ Target oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
