Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering / Masters of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), Khulna University of Engineering and Technology(KUET),Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology(CHUET), any public University .
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall project planning, schedule, and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget, and client's expectations.
∎ Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on-site to meet targets.
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as consultants and subcontractors/ Suppliers for the smooth execution of the project.
∎ Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
∎ Ensure project be executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications, and regulations.
∎ Develop detailed planning to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to projects scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ Provide feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to team members.
∎ Host project meetings with the team and managers.
∎ Project budget/cost control/sub-con selection/materials procurement.
∎ Progress/Variation works/final account-assist Project Manager in contracts document review/ contract matters.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
∎ Responsible for all construction site matters including and not limited to safety and other compliance matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Negotiation Skills, Planning and monitoring
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering
