Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ 10 years + preferably in Govt. civil works or road construction works, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising & executing construction of Roads, Bridge, Blocks and general civil Construction project and total finishing works of the project as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Having practical worked knowledge on paperwork, procurement, site management, labor management, materials and construction.
∎ Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with Govt. work and safety codes, and other regulations.
∎ Physical Inspection of the Project Area.
∎ Budget Preparation, Preparation of Bill & BOQ.
∎ Distribution of works to Contractor's manpower & Cleaning and proper stacking of materials.
∎ Introduction of projects to clients.
∎ Preparation of Technical Drawing.
∎ Technical clarification in details.
∎ Cost estimation of modification works through CSD.
∎ Optimal use of materials by ensuring effective management & Wastage control.
∎ Wastage Minimization/Reuse Materials/Transfer unused materials to other projects.
∎ Should be familiar with Project Management and Operation, Maintenance of Construction Site and Designing.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project.
∎ Responsible to handover the project to its clients on time.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition and Material Receiving Report.
∎ Physical verification of materials & regularly testing of materials.
∎ Detailed Scheduling of works.
∎ Coordinate and maintain Buyer-Supplier Accounts.
∎ Communication & Liaising with Equipment Rental Agencies.
∎ Report to Management time to time.
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required.

∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bridge Construction, Civil Construction, Roads and Highways.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt. Project.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in office package.
∎ Operational Skill.
∎ MS projects.
∎ AutoCAD.
∎ Soft Skill:
∎ Leadership.
∎ Team building Capacity.
∎ Ability of handling pressure.
∎ Effective Communication.
∎ Patience
Salary: Tk. 65000 - 100000 (Monthly)
