∎ Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and overseeing the completion of all engineering projects
∎ Analyzing and calculating the material and labor costs for various projects
∎ Reviewing and approving project designs and budgets
∎ Communicating the project objectives and delegating tasks to the team members
∎ Conducting staff meetings and training sessions
∎ Overseeing equipment installation processes
∎ Scheduling and performing quality control checks
∎ Preparing and presenting product engineering reports
∎ Assigning long and short-term project goals
∎ Evaluating engineering blueprints
∎ Interviewing and recruiting Engineers
∎ Ensuring that the projects are completed on time and within budget
∎ Negotiating project terms and conditions with clients
∎ Analyzing and resolving any disputes amongst the team members
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years of work experience as a Chief Engineer / Project Engineer / Project manager, or a similar position in the relevant engineering field
∎ 7-8 years of work experience as a Chief Engineer, Project Engineer / manager, or a similar position in the Engineering department
∎ Holding a valid engineering license
∎ Complete knowledge of various engineering principles and techniques
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Good time management and organizational skills
∎ Excellent leadership skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Willingness to travel to different project sites
∎ Ability to work in extreme conditions
∎ Personal qualifications :
∎ Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
∎ Computer & Internet knowledge
∎ AutoCAD or any other cad related software
∎ Strong leadership qualities
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical skills
