∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience (4 years for B.Sc. / 8 years for diploma) of work as a Supervisor, Project Engineer / manager, or a similar position in the Engineering department.
∎ Experience on Construction of Electrical Substation will be added advantage.
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
∎ Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in a relevant engineering field
∎ Holding a valid engineering license
∎ Complete knowledge of various engineering principles and techniques
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Good time management and organizational skills
∎ Excellent leadership skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Willingness to travel to different project sites
∎ Ability to work in extreme conditions
∎ Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
∎ Computer & Internet knowledge
∎ AutoCAD or any other cad related software
∎ Strong leadership qualities
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical skills

∎ Communicating the project objectives and delegating tasks to the team members
∎ Scheduling and performing quality control checks

∎ Assigning long and short-term project goals
∎ Evaluating engineering blueprints
∎ Ensuring that the projects are completed on time and within budget
∎ Negotiating project terms and conditions with clients
∎ Analyzing and resolving any disputes amongst the team members
