Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any recognized Public University preferably from BUET.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate office construction management team.
∎ Coordination with design Consultants (Structural, Electrical and Plumbing) for effective implementation of projects.
∎ Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
∎ Design and implementation of Training programs for site technical and non-technical staff.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & Authentication/Certification of bills.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
∎ Liaising and managing third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose.
∎ Supervise daily construction/civil work of specific project.
∎ Drafting contract administration correspondence.
∎ Must be able to read working drawing.
∎ Estimate materials quantities from works drawing.
∎ Manage suppliers and conductors.
∎ To handle engineering design.
∎ Proper knowledge about project layout.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10-15 (years) of practical experience in the field of Real Estate Development/ in any construction firm in a similar position for constructing of high rise building.
∎ Smart and ambitious professionals
∎ Minimum 10-15 years practical experience in real estate construction / civil works.
∎ Computer literacy: Auto cad, MS word, excel etc.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
