Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead architecture and technology activities of the company and be a key contributor to the evolution and the reshaping our architecture team.
∎ Make sure all plans and in-place system architecture align with system requirements and industry need.
∎ Traveling all around the existing and prospective projects for research and supervision purposes.
∎ Supervising construction site to oversee planning and execution to monitor the design implementation.
∎ Architectural Design, Planning & Lead the Dept. with effective justification.
∎ Co-Ordination among all the Consultants in HOME & ABROAD.
∎ Hypothetical revision for the scope of project & Business Feasibility.
∎ Construction Management, site supervision & overall relevant monitoring.
∎ Design & Illustration Development in different phases even for Outsource Projects.
∎ Drawing produce, Archive & Management.
∎ Quality checking of finishing work, construction & Monitoring Till Handover.
∎ Distribution of responsibility among the staffs & takeaway the maximum effort.
∎ Meeting for land with L/O, RAJUK, Surveyor, and Suppliers.
∎ Material Selection & recommendation.
∎ Bill, Work Order, Agreement & Logistics Drafts (limited) making, checking & process.
∎ The ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them with clear, logical thinking.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the concern authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience & Background:
∎ 10+ years of experience in relevant fields, including proven experience as a lead / chief architect in renowned companies.
∎ Experience in construction is a mast and making core architecture and design decisions.
∎ Strong technical leadership with "manage by influence" skills
∎ Deep understanding of enterprise grade system design including security, scalability, performance, resiliency, high availability etc.
∎ Ability to break a problem of any size apart into manageable pieces.
∎ Good communication skills with the ability to tailor any technical communications to any level.
∎ Skills & Competencies:
∎ High level of personal and professional integrity, ethics, and values.
∎ Demonstrates confidence, maturity, professionalism, and gravitas. Keen business acumen with ability to translate strategic vision into actionable performance.
