∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,University of Dhaka,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Plant, Plastic Industries, Research and Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform research and development activities for different Plastic product with development of polymer & adhesive material
∎ Prepare the right composition of Polymer products and adhesive for making industrial and commercial plastic products from Injection Moulding
∎ Must have experience working with polymers and polymer processing, Injection Molding
∎ Prepare and analyze adhesive based material for successful implementation in Plastic products
∎ Maintain all product improvement policies and promote efficient and safe lab operations to resolve same and ensure adherence to all process safety regulations.
∎ Develop new materials as per requirements and manage communication with all suppliers to develop new compounds and maintain expert knowledge on same.
∎ Analyze and recommend improvements to all materials to increase efficiency of all polymer processes and collaborate with relevant department.
∎ Perform routine laboratory analysis and provide standard testing method for raw material, semi-finished and finished goods.
∎ Ensure the optimized use of material and process operation.
∎ Ensure standard method and operation development for smooth running of polymer & chemical processes.
∎ Ensure routine testing, evaluation, selection and reporting for research and development purpose.
