Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the arrival, storage, and dispatch of containers to ensure smooth daily operations.
∎ Monitoring : CFS Cargo Receiving & Stuffing Monitoring and Customer wise CLP receive & Hand over to Desk.
∎ Conduct Quality Inspections: Regularly inspect containers and facilities to maintain high standards and address any damage. Vesel wise Cargo stuffing Monitoring.
∎ Supervise Staff: Manage, train, and evaluate depot staff, and create effective work schedules.
∎ Provide Customer Service: Act as the main contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and improving service quality.
∎ Coordinate Operations: Facilitate communication between internal departments and external entities like shipping lines and customs.
∎ Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of operational activities and prepare regular reports for management.
∎ Maintain Equipment: Ensure proper maintenance of depot equipment and integrate technology for operational efficiency.
∎ Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and support ongoing staff training and development.
