Job Responsibilities:
∎ While reporting to the MD your responsibilities would be to :
∎ Monitor that all accounts, ledgers, balance sheet and reporting systems to ensure compliance with appropriate Accounting Principles & standards
∎ Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate for all audit activities
∎ Maintain banking relations and fund raising
∎ Evaluate and assist various business heads with their financial & business planning
∎ Overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization
∎ Devise a model for each business for online tracking
∎ Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and the group's long-term strategy
∎ Ensure the company is System & Process driven and standardize SAP / SOP / Processes / Systems Improve Operating expenditure management
∎ Oversee the budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow and coordination of audit activities
∎ Monitor use of funds in capital projects and working capital Develop and implement a risk management policy to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management
∎ Board presentations
Additional Requirements:
∎ You should be a Qualified at least 12+ years of experience of which the last 3+ years should be at a CFO / Regional Finance Director level.
∎ Apart from Finance & Controlling, you should have had rich experience in maintaining banking relations and fund raising.
∎ You should possess excellent commercial acumen and the ability to understand key business processes as well as be able to have strategic dialogues with various business heads.
∎ You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you are comfortable in dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
