Job Responsibilities:
∎ Role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated CFO for overseeing Monash operations in Bangladesh. The CFO's responsibility will be as follows:
∎ Play the key role on finance control mechanism and overall fund management.
∎ Ensure budget and budgetary control to evaluate management performance.
∎ Planning and managing corporate and individual tax matters as well VAT requirements.
∎ Maintain appropriate accounting software to record financial transactions, preparation of monthly accounts/MIS and finalization of annual accounts and periodical financial statements as requirement of regulatory authorities.
∎ Effect payment in settlement of bills for purchases and for services rendered after proper scrutiny and approval as per Financial Policy.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities on financial matters.
∎ To manage fund including disposal of outflow, pursuing inflow, monitoring financial requirement and forecasts from time to time including Fixed Assets management.
∎ To take necessary steps for annual audit of the accounts of the company, get it ready for approval of the Board and submit to the income tax authority and Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.
