Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc Engineering (Civil) with MBA from any reputed university. MBA from IBA/ Dhaka University will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Realization of the mission and vision set by the Company from time to time.
∎ To formulate business strategies and action plan to maximize market share and revenue of the company.
∎ Making proper Marketing Plan and Development of MIS.
∎ Achieving the target set for each year.
∎ Guiding Engineering and Marketing team comprising of professional engineers and managers towards an efficient performance.
∎ You should have succession plan for proper training to personnel of the company for development in respective field and make individual department self-reliant.
∎ You shall make and meet the yearly budgetary provision for Sales and Marketing of the company.
∎ Coordination between different departments/ sections of the company and outside agencies for smooth functioning of the organization.
∎ You will regularly submit report on your activities/action and recommendation so far it relates to your service.
∎ To formulate necessary business policies for the attainment of strategic goal.
∎ To lead, guide and direct the Marketing Team in execution of their sales task and activities for achieving the team’s monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI.
∎ To build and lead an effective and cohesive team of the company.
∎ All aspects of the business concerning Sales & Marketing, Design & Development, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing etc.
∎ To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of organizations mission and drive the factory operations towards growth.
∎ You will need to provide face to face support to the clients on various matters as required.
∎ To lead & coordinates overall operations including assigning duties, roster schedules, performance to meet revenue objectives of the company.
∎ To make the total organizational structure along with manpower requirement and all other logistical aspects for required support to the company operations.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Should have experience in the relevant field. Expertise in Pre-fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industries will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, charismatic presence, unique approach, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
∎ Thorough understanding of management practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
∎ Good people network pool across the country.
∎ Excellent command over verbal and written English & Bengali communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be prepared to travel frequently across the country.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing and Sales, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Distribution/Supply Chain Management etc.
Salary: Negotiable
