∎ Kids Time is an initiative of Light of Hope - an education-based social enterprise to help children to become creative, problem-solver, emotionally intelligent and ethical. ∎ Job Duration: Regular office time: 10am - 6pm. 5 days in a week including Friday and Saturday.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct the Kids Time courses as a Lead Facilitator.
∎ To maintain the Liaison with other supporting facilitators of a center.
∎ Authentic and excellent communication with the Parents.
∎ To support the other Facilitators of the center with proper guidance and directions.
∎ Maintain all records of the center including finance, attendance and course outcomes.
∎ Maintain the logistic support of the center in a regular basis.
∎ Conduct training sessions for the other supporting facilitators.
∎ To design and make creative content for kids along with other team members.
∎ To give weekly report to the Kids Time management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 1-2 years of teaching experience with 4-10 years kids.
∎ Ability to understand and address the diverse nature of each kid.
∎ Should be aware of kid's creativity.
∎ Should love kids unconditionally.
∎ Effective communication skill with parents and other stakeholders.
∎ Should be welcoming and caring in nature.
∎ Should be an excellent problem solver.
∎ Should have leadership capability to manage co-workers.
∎ Should have time management skill.
