Job Responsibilities:
∎ Based on business plans, identify top suppliers of building materials Interior Designers in the targeted geographic market and develop a strong relationship with key contacts.
∎ Educate the suppliers about the platform and its products through extensive brand specific product presentations.
∎ Build and maintain connection with the top management and/or decision makers of leading suppliers of building materials and explore potential business opportunities.
∎ Revenue attainment and growth for the company, partner integration, strategic competitive wins, and strategic solutions for the clientele.
∎ Ensure sales drive towards building materials industry/category/line of products or services.
∎ Research and develop proposals for the potential clients.
∎ Offer solutions based on customer requirements and work as a facilitator to achieve optimum growth.
∎ Lead executives/Key account managers/vendor managers towards the optimization of sales and ensure efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with brand and content team to ensure sales maximization and demand generation.
∎
∎ Develop an account strategy and customer contact pan for owned accounts that includes line-of-business contacts and executive-level relationships.
∎
∎ Act as the overall orchestra tor of key specialty and corporate resources to define the sales strategy in your assigned customer base.
∎ Ensure that crucial data is accurately managed within the company's sales management system.
∎ End-to-end responsibility of the suppliers including seller performance management -GMV, items, and order targets.
∎ Ensure competitive pricing from suppliers.
∎ Review business plans and schedule meetings with executives to align on yearly/quarterly targets.
∎ Allocate targets and growth expectations among executives.
∎ Keep management and stakeholders updated on performance and state of executives and suppliers including upcoming battles key initiatives, bottlenecks through weekly and monthly performance reports and regular meetings

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
∎ Must have experience on building material industry
