∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Handicraft, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Cash Incentive for Garments Factory.
∎ Full process execution by yourself.
∎ Have to be result oriented.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the full procedure of Cash Incentive work.
∎ Lesion with Commercial Dept to ready the Cash Incentive File.
∎ Communication with bank to ready the full file.
∎ Collect the PRC from Bank.
∎ Negotiation with Bank Third party to hit the Cash Incentive in Bangladesh bank.
∎ Up to date the all Value to Company management.
∎ Keep the all file and information in control.
∎ To support on Commercial dept. in case needed.
∎ Overall full responsible to get Cash incentive in Company Account.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have good command to mature the Cash Incentive for Knit Garments Industries.
∎ Good in Computer skill.
∎ Smart in communication both in Bangle and English.
∎ Result Oriented.
∎ Previous experience to work on Cash Incentive.
∎ Good Knowledge on Commercial Dept.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Company will pay some amount from received Cash Incentive amount.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Bonus 2 time yearly (During 2 EID).Transportation for Company work.
