Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CFA
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Computer literacy, quantitative analysis

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brokerage House, Financial Analysis, Financial Research

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate statistical and analytical reports and preparing various capital market reports
∎ on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Performing both fundamental and technical complex financial analyses with minimal supervision, including cash flow projections, valuation models, corporate credit assessments, total asset return, NPV, IRR, and financial statement impact and associated sensitivity analyses.
∎ Preparing daily market review note, equity report as per requirement.
∎ Preparing daily pick list and discuss with the team regularly.
∎ Validate data and calculate capital structure metrics (cash, free cash flow, leverage,
∎ coverage) of the company.
∎ Review and analyze client's quantitative portfolio of data, legal documents and other materials as part of project.
∎ Provide support to all research studies and prepare information brochures and required materials for all prospective investors.
∎ Maintain databases and analyze all market intelligence programs.
∎ Work closely with senior team members and other groups with the bank to prepare transaction documents.
∎ Develop financial terms and conditions and review all investment value.

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Advanced analytical skills including the demonstrated ability to perform financial modeling using Microsoft Excel.
∎ Knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations and trendsetters; ability to provide specific financial knowledge and experience to help organizational development.
∎ Ability to use research tools and interpreting the results derived from research.
∎ Knowledge of and ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
∎ Knowledge of and the ability to conduct daily and strategic activities in an organization.
∎ Good communication Skill.
∎ Leadership Skill.
∎ Thinking out of the box.
∎ Ability to work in pressure.
