Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the students to provide their all desire information.
∎ Response to the contacted students through various sources.
∎ Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone.
∎ Answer questions about products or the company.
∎ Ask questions to understand client's requirements.
∎ Enter and update client information in the database.
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
∎ Keep records of calls and note useful information.
∎ Conveyance, promote and motivate to the students to make them organization clients.
∎ Others administrative task related with the designation.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Client Support through Phone, Telemarketing, Management, Student counseling.
∎ Proven experience as foreign education counseling.
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Excellent knowledge of English.
∎ English Writing capability (Have to have very good idea on drafting) 6.0.
∎ MS word, Excel & Power Point, Leadership capability & Judge.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ N. B. Educational qualification can be considered upon experience status.
