Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication Culture in a call centre.
∎ Responsible for Setting clear team goals (Inbound and outbound calls) and day-to-day operation.
∎ Manage the leaves in her team considering business is not hampered.
∎ Responsible for team performance (Customer service) and parameters set by management.
∎ Responsible for Escalation management in his/her team.
∎ Responsible for attendance management and manpower management according to attendance parameters.
∎ Responsible for call quality maintenance in her team.
∎ Delegating tasks and set deadlines
∎ Responsible for discovering training needs and coaching of her team.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
