∎ Ability to Stay Calm Under Pressure.
∎ Basic Computer Skills for logging and data entry.
∎ previous call center experience is a plus, But not required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answer incoming call and resolve customer queries.
∎ Provide information about products, Service, or Order.
∎ Log call Details and maintain accurate records.
∎ Escalation issues to Supervisors when necessary.
∎ Follow Scripted and Company Policies for Professional Service.
∎ Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients.
