Job Context:
∎ About the Role:
∎ Providing quality service to the customers over the phone
∎ Converting old clients into new clients by offering new services or new offers
∎ Handling inbound/outbound calls
∎ Maintain online communication including social media. Such as answering queries on FB.
∎ Evaluating problems of customers and provide effective solutions
∎ Performing phone survey when required
∎ Obtaining client information, managing and updating customer database about the status of each customer.
∎ Data entry and data processing
∎ Performing other duties as assigned
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be fluent in Spoken English
∎ Candidate must have computer literacy
∎ Participant must have the ability to speak proficiently in Bangla and English
∎ Able to operate various communications tools and software
∎ Good manner, polite & capable for customer handling
∎ Satisfactory knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
∎ Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

∎ Employment Category: -Regular full time (Time slots available: 5 am to 1 pm- Depending on Sydney's Day saving zone)

∎ Job Summary: The work role is to take care of all sort of query coming from various students who are residing in Australia. It is a work from home type job. No need to travel.
